How do you ensure my plants arrive safely?
We use specialized, sustainable packaging designed to keep your plants secure and upright during transit. Each plant is carefully insulated to protect against temperature fluctuations and moisture loss.
What is your 'Happy Plant' guarantee?
We guarantee your plants will arrive in healthy condition. If your plant arrives damaged or dies within the first 30 days, simply send us a photo and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Do I need to repot my plant immediately after delivery?
We recommend waiting at least 2 to 4 weeks before repotting. This allows your plant to acclimate to the light and humidity levels in its new home without the added stress of a new container.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
How do I know which plant is right for my space?
Each product page includes a detailed care guide specifying light requirements (low, medium, or bright) and water needs. You can also use our 'Plant Finder' tool to filter by pet-friendliness and maintenance level.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes, as soon as your order leaves our greenhouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your plant's journey to your doorstep.
